Do not buy this product if you expect any customer service. I had this device sitting in the same spot for 10 months and it worked flawlessly. Four days ago I started receiving an alert on the device saying "Mobile broadband disconnected. Your data connection is disconnected". I called customer service. They had me try two simple things to restore the service, neither of which worked. My case was then 'escalated'. Later that day I received a call saying that the Sprint network was experiencing outages. I live in a metropolitan area of 4 million people, and if there were cell network problems I found it hard to believe that they continued for 12 hours. I was told that the service would be back in an hour or two. I moved the device about 20 miles from where it had been. Next day, same thing. Called customer service, they escalated my case again. Heard nothing. Third day, called in the morning, case was made 'high priority' and escalated again. Heard nothing. Called at mid-day, case was again escalated, heard nothing. Called in the evening and insisted that I talk with a supervisor. Was connected with the same technician that told me three days earlier that Sprint was having network difficulties. Fourth day, still no internet and no call-back. Unbelievable how they just ignore me. The worst customer service I have experienced in years. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
