Edit: I must have gotten a bad one because I ordered a second one and it works with all my androids perfectly. Updated review from one star to 5 stars, left original review just in case some has issues similar to mine.Did not work with my 3 android phones(galaxy note 20 ultra, galaxy s20+, oneplus 7t 5g mclauren). No amount of tech support would make this work. In the end after all solutions were attempted, tech supports answer was return or exchange. Me Being an over the road truck driver on the last days of my time off, I didn't have the time to do that. Lets hope that the soon to be released firmware update rectifies this situation for when I get home in May 2021.The issue I had was that my phones Bluetooth would see and pair with ac-bt24, but none of the audio control apps would autoconnect or display it as a device. Strangely the audiocontrol apps would pick up any bose sound link around and display them.Fingers crossed the update works, if so I'll update my review.
